am home safe from another fun tour and what a blur it all seems to be

right now. i am very sure that i had the best burrito of my life from

Panchero's in Iowa City. I am relatively positive that chicago is

finally a city I can say that I love. I am definitely going to cry

myself to sleep for a week out of my lovesickness for Ludo. I definitely cannot stop singing Quietdrive's 'Rise from the Ashes.' I definitely don't know what I'm doing next.

Yes I admit that. I know

everyone out there expects their favorite artists/bands to be

well-oiled, prolific,

hard-working, new-merch-announcing, new-tour-booking, money-making

machines. But most of you know by now that I am far more haphazard

about my career and that it falls victim to the whims of my

bi-polar...whims. After finishing this tour, I can tell you that

sometime relatively soon I would like to do another one. I hope you

can all understand the difficulties involved with that (it isnt

profitable, my record is not being promoted currently because my label

has self-destructed, and I do not draw enough people in any markets to

just go wherever I want) - I'm not complaining at all I'm just spelling

out the issues at hand. I want to make a new record because I do not

want to give up. I also want to start a side project that takes me

places musically that I cannot alone take myself. i am jealous of

bands who have each other to lean on.

I had a really good time on

the second half of this tour and I want to find a way to make every

night feel that way. Hopefully soon I will have something new for you

that can create the forward momentum that has been so slow as of late.

I'm sorry if all of this is a downer to anyone!! I have been in legal

wranglings with my label for months now and I'm just saying I think I

need to and am ready to get back on the horse!

ar
